SharePoint Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Architect to design, implement, and govern enterprise-grade SharePoint solutions within a Financial Services environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SharePoint Online / On-Prem architecture, Microsoft 365 ecosystem, security & compliance frameworks, and financial regulatory standards.

This role requires deep architectural vision, hands-on implementation capability, and the ability to align collaboration platforms with regulatory, audit, and risk management requirements.

• 8+ years of experience in SharePoint architecture and enterprise collaboration platforms
• Strong experience with SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Experience in Financial Services domain (Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance, Asset Management)
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks
• Experience with migration tools (ShareGate, Metalogix, etc.)
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
• Experience with Azure AD, security controls, and compliance center

• Microsoft certifications (MS-100, MS-101, SharePoint, Azure, Security certifications)
• Experience with Power Platform and SPFx development
• Knowledge of cloud security architecture
• Experience working in highly regulated environments
