Set-up Operator
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00/hr
Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm
Location: Hudson, OH
Key Responsibilities:
Set-up vision systems to inspect product
Set-up vibratory bowls
Set-up O-ring installation
Troubleshoot issues on vision cameras and O-ring installation
Track failure modes on the machine
Bag, label and palletize containers
Dump product vibratory bowls
Drive a standup lift to move skids of product
Basic piece and time transactions on RF scanner
Replace labels and ribbons on label makers
Troubleshoot jams in bowls
Run boundary samples on the production lines
Meet Schedules and timelines
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Complete all paperwork the role requires
Follow all work instructions in the department
Key Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Lift up to 50lb boxes repeatedly
Ability to perform at high levels in a fast pace constantly changing environment
Ability to work as part of a team
Tow motor experience
5-7 years in a manufacturing environment
Strong communication skills
