ServiceNow IRM / TPRM Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow IRM/TPRM Developer with strong experience in Third Party Risk Management and the IRM/GRC suite. This role focuses on designing, developing, and enhancing TPRM workflows, integrations, scoring models, assessments, and reporting dashboards within ServiceNow.

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite each week in Wayne, PA or Plano, TX.

Must‑Have Technical & Functional Skills

1. 4+ years of overall ServiceNow development experience.
2. 1–2 years (or 1–2 full‑cycle implementations) of hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM/GRC with specialization in TPRM, including:
   • Vendor onboarding workflows
   • Third‑party assessments
   • Risk lifecycle processes
   • Taxonomies & risk scoring logic
3. Experience integrating ServiceNow IRM with external systems or internal ServiceNow modules.
4. Strong knowledge of the risk lifecycle:
   • Risk identification
   • Scoring models (inherent/residual)
   • Controls, indicators, assessments
   • Compliance frameworks
5. Understanding of ServiceNow integration methods (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
6. Proficiency with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
7. Experience with GRC Workspaces (Risk, Compliance, Audit) and UI Builder.
8. Exposure to Integration Hub, spokes, reporting, and dashboard creation.
9. Knowledge of upgrade‑safe, modular, scalable development practices.
10. Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
11. BFSI sector experience preferred (not mandatory).

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Configure and implement the ServiceNow TPRM module to manage the complete vendor risk lifecycle (onboarding → assessments → monitoring).
2. Build workflows, questionnaires, and risk scoring models for tiering and compliance assessments.
3. Develop dashboards and reports to track vendor risk posture and remediation activities.
4. Integrate TPRM with internal/external systems using REST APIs and Integration Hub.
5. Automate processes using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
6. Partner with IRM/GRC teams to ensure alignment with enterprise risk & compliance frameworks.
7. Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support, optimization, and enhancements for TPRM.
8. Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate standards for vendor risk management and reporting.
