Position: ServiceNow Technical Architect (CTA)
Location: Onsite- Richmond, VA (Relocation; Ok)
Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Architect (CTA) to design, scale, and govern complex ServiceNow implementations. The ideal candidate bridges business needs with technical solutions - focusing on architecture blueprints, security, and enterprise integrations.

Must-Have Skills (Required)

• ServiceNow CAD Certification - mandatory
• ServiceNow CIS Certification(s) - mandatory
• ServiceNow CTA (Certified Technical Architect) - preferred
• 3+ years of ServiceNow architecture experience
• Architectural Design - scalable, secure, and sustainable solution architectures
• Technical Governance - platform guardrails, instance strategies, and platform health
• Integration Design - enterprise system integrations with external platforms
• CMDB / CSDM Mastery - expert-level knowledge of Common Service Data Model and Configuration Management Database
• Strategic Advisory - communicating technical strategies to executive stakeholders
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform best practices and enterprise governance

Good to Have (Preferred)

• Multiple CIS certifications across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM - Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management
• Background in enterprise architecture frameworks - TOGAF or similar
• Experience with large-scale ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD for ServiceNow deployments
