Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)

• 7 years of ServiceNow experience with a focus in the Vulnerability Response module, ITSM, ITOM, and KMS module
• Experience in developing business rules and requirements for ServiceNow modules
• Experience in Vulnerability Management, vulnerability remediation, and patching
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Vulnerability Response module, JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow architecture

Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have skills but are not required)

• CIS and CAD certifications preferred
• Ability to assess existing vulnerability business processes, tools, and applications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Day-to-Day Responsibilities (key tasks and expectations for the role)

• Lead efforts to assess and integrate existing vulnerability remediation tools and processes into the ServiceNow Platform
• Develop and implement business rules and requirements for relevant ServiceNow modules
• Train team members on ServiceNow Vulnerability Response module and other platform capabilities
• Translate existing reporting into standard ServiceNow reporting or functionality
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evolve governance routines supporting ServiceNow business rules and workflow
