Desired candidate will serve as ServiceNow Solutions Lead, who will help us support the following activities:
Responsible for the overall architecture, design, implementation and integrity of the ServiceNow application within the enterprise
Lead and deliver requirements, scoping and design workshops, ensuring requirements are well documented
Provide expert level support and technical mentoring to implementation team
Maintain deep, comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow s capabilities and constraints.
Recognize and develop opportunities to leverage ServiceNow as a platform.
Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept / Proof of Value engagements with prospects
10+ years IT industry experience and 5+ years of relevant experience from specified domain
Knowledge of ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, BCM applications & integrations, Platform performance and monitoring, Platform upgrades
Experience of working within a large enterprise on implementation initiatives
Sound Technical knowledge of ServiceNow platform
Relevant ServiceNow certification eg. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
Glide Scripting & Javascript programming experience
Good communication Skills
Web Services, HTML, CSS, XHTML, Workflow and UI development and Service Portal Concepts
ITIL certification
Working experience in Agile model
Prior experience of working for US and UK based customers
Professional commitment to high quality, and a passion for learning new skills.
Detail-oriented individual with good analytical skills.
Strong problem solving skills, including providing simple solutions to complex situations.
Must be a strong team player with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a geographically disperse working environment
Good Communication skills to handle major incident calls and releases.
Should be good with analytics and presentations
