About the Role:The ServiceNow Senior Developer is an integral part of Latham’s Technology & Information Services team. This role will be responsible for the design and development of custom applications and configurations/customizations required to support application stakeholders on the ServiceNow platform, while performing advanced to expert-level development tasks within the Service Catalog and most modules within the ServiceNow platform. This role will be located in our Los Angeles, Global Services Office (GSO) office. You will be required to be in the office a minimum of 3 days per week.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Other key responsibilities include:
- Integrating and developing AI-driven solutions within the ServiceNow platform, leveraging capabilities such as AI Agent Studio (Agentic AI), Now Assist (Generative AI), Conversational AI and Search (Virtual agent), and predictive intelligence (Machine Learning) to enhance automation and improve service delivery
- Developing within the extensive inventory of custom applications within the ServiceNow platform
- Performing key advanced development tasks specific in support of enterprise projects and initiatives
- Participating in process flow analysis and process redesign along with stakeholders and team members
- Creating and/or maintaining Service Catalog items, some of which require complex catalog development experience and knowledge
- Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains

- Demonstrate the ability to manage, organize, and disseminate information effectively
- Possess excellent administrative, organizational, and coordination skills
- Display the ability to follow defined process and learn new concepts quickly in order to test and support the administrative functions within ServiceNow
And have:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent; six (6) years of relevant experience may be considered
- A ServiceNow Administrator certification
- A ServiceNow Developer certification
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience on the ServiceNow platform
- A minimum of two (2) years of IT business related experience

Pay Range: USD $160,000.00 - USD $175,000.00 /Yr.
