Must‑Have Technical / Functional Skills

  1. 3–5 years of hands-on technical experience with ServiceNow HRSD and Virtual Agent.
  2. At least 2 full implementations of HRSD with direct experience configuring:
    • HR Case Management
    • Employee Center / EC Pro
    • HR Integrations
    • Agent Workspace
    • Virtual Agent
    • Lifecycle Events (Onboarding, Offboarding)
  3. Experience building integrations with major HR systems, including:
    • Workday
    • SAP SuccessFactors
    • Oracle HCM
    • PeopleSoft
    • ADP
  4. Deep technical experience with:
    • Business Rules
    • Data Dictionary
    • UI Actions / UI Policies
    • Client Scripts

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Build technical solutions within ServiceNow HRSD and Virtual Agent.
  2. Design and implement all core ServiceNow development components:
    • Business Rules
    • ACLs
    • Data Dictionary
    • UI Actions / UI Policies
    • Client & Validation Scripts
    • Fix Scripts
    • Scheduled Jobs
    • Events & Notifications
    • Email Scripts
    • Dashboards / Performance Analytics / Widgets
  3. Build integrations between ServiceNow and HR systems including:
    • Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, ADP
    • MS Teams
    • DocuSign
    • Cornerstone
  4. Build, test, and deploy solutions using:
    • Glide Script
    • HTML / CSS / JavaScript / XML
  5. Build Service Catalog items, Orchestration, and Automation workflows using Flow Designer.
  6. Design, configure, and develop Virtual Agent conversations using:
    • Virtual Agent Designer
    • Skills, decision trees, intents
    • NLU capabilities
  7. Use Virtual Agent and Now Assist capabilities to automate HR service delivery processes.
  8. Build technical solutions leveraging Now Assist for HRSD and Virtual Agent.
