We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead the implementation and configuration of the ServiceNow FSM module. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building out FSM functionalities and a deep understanding of compliance frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow, particularly in the FSM module.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks.
• Experience migrating legacy systems to ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes and Agile methodologies.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with mobile workflows and field service operations.
• Effective communication skills with both non-technical and technical audiences (verbal and written).
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with project team members.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of the ServiceNow FSM module.
• Build out FSM functionalities including Preventative Maintenance and Calibration automated tasks.
• Design and implement mobile workflows for field technicians and maintenance staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a scalable FSM solution and provide training and documentation.
