- Prepare and present estimates (including parts, labor, and sublet services).
- Communicate repair recommendations with honesty and clarity.
- Schedule and dispatch work to technicians.
- Monitor job progress and keep customers updated.
- Review inspections and ensure required photos are complete.
- Track and follow up on declined repairs/services.
- Finalize invoices and process payments.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, honest, and team-oriented.
- Automotive experience is a plus (willing to train the right person).
