- Pay - $24.00 - $27.00/per hour depending upon skills and experience related to the role and monthly bonuses

Position Details:Why This Role Matters
As a Service Technician (Maintenance Technican), you play a critical role in creating a community residents are proud to call home. Your technical expertise, responsiveness, and customer service mindset help ensure our property remains safe, beautiful, and operating at its best. We are specifically seeking candidates who understand the pace, standards, and service expectations of residential property management.
What You’ll Do
Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues in apartment homes, exterior areas, and common spaces — including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, pools, and general carpentry
Prepare apartment homes for new residents efficiently and in accordance with IMT quality standards
Maintain community grounds daily to ensure outstanding curb appeal
Utilize IMT-provided tools and systems to complete work orders and track progress
Collaborate closely with the Service Manager and Community Manager on property initiatives
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to address emergency maintenance needs
What We’re Looking For
Property management maintenance experience is strongly preferred.
We are seeking candidates who understand apartment community operations and resident service standards.
Ideal candidates will have:
Residential property management, hotel, or equivalent maintenance experience
Strong hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and pool maintenance
A resident-first mindset with excellent customer service and communication skills
EPA Type II or Universal certification (preferred); CPO certification is a plus
Comfort using technology such as Outlook and property management platforms (e.g., SuiteSpot)
A valid driver’s license
Availability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule
