Schedule: Full-Time | On-Call Rotation Required

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Service Plumbing Manager to lead our commercial and residential service plumbing team. This position is ideal for a licensed Journeyman Plumber who has extensive hands-on field experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.

As the Service Plumbing Manager, you will oversee daily service operations, provide technical support to plumbers in the field, and act as a key resource for resolving complex plumbing issues. You will also play an important role in maintaining service quality, supporting team development, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily residential and commercial service plumbing operations
Provide hands-on assistance and technical guidance to plumbers in the field when needed
Serve as an escalation point for complex service calls and customer concerns
Participate in an on-call rotation to support after-hours service needs
Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations
Lead by example in professionalism, workmanship, and customer service
Assist with training, mentoring, and performance support of service plumbers
Collaborate with leadership to improve service efficiency and workflow
Required Qualifications

Active Journeyman Plumber license (required)
Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial and residential service plumbing
Previous leadership, supervisory, or lead-level experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
