Service Manager

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on leader who loves the appliance trade and genuinely enjoys developing other technicians and customer service representatives. This is a true player-coach role: you’ll spend most of your time building a sharp, confident team that consistently delivers 5-star service.

What the job looks like day-to-day

• Training, mentoring, overseeing and building a team of appliance customer service representatives and appliance repair technicians
• Acting as the final-level technical resource when a diagnosis gets tricky
• Leading the team to meet (and usually exceed) weekly and monthly revenue and customer-satisfaction goals
• Managing parts department: ordering, inventory, and merchandising
• Managing service department daily scheduling and vehicle maintenance
• Being the calm, professional face of the company for customers and office staff alike

• Hours – 8AM-5PM weekdays

What you bring

• At least 5 years of hands-on field experience in appliance repair or a closely related trade (HVAC/R, commercial refrigeration, commercial cooking equipment, etc.)
• Broad working knowledge of today’s major appliance brands and models
• Proven diagnostic and repair skills on refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, and cooktops
• A real passion for teaching and developing customer service representative and technicians
• Strong customer communication skills and pride in delivering outstanding service
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
