We're looking for a driven full-time Service Dispatcher - Customer Service Representative in Orlando, FL who's up for a challenge and ready to thrive!

Pay:

• $19 - $24 an hour

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
• Monday through Friday, 7 am - 4 pm

SERVICE DISPATCHER - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:

Each day looks different, and when you join our team as a Service Dispatcher – Customer Service Representative, you start your day by scheduling and coordinating mobile service appointments, making sure each customer's needs align seamlessly with technician availability and logistics. Throughout the day, you're the key point of contact between customers and technicians, delivering clear communication and verifying service requests, equipment information, warranties, and necessary parts. You optimize technician routes for maximum efficiency and keep daily schedules running smoothly, quickly addressing any changes. In addition, you follow up with customers, gather valuable feedback, and work closely with the service advisors, parts department, and service manager to ensure a streamlined workflow. You maintain accurate service records and communications, ensuring every detail is documented in the service software to provide top-tier service from start to finish.

What You Need To Be Our Service Dispatcher - Customer Service Representative:

• Previous experience in a service department, dispatching, or customer service role is highly desirable
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literacy and typing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Reliable Transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the industrial or automotive industry
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
