Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to support our client's growing HVAC mechanical team in Savannah, GA. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly, juggling multiple tasks, and is comfortable with paperwork and learning new systems. Savannah, known for its historic charm and vibrant culture, offers a great living and working environment.

Schedule: 1st shift: 8 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Enter payroll data accurately and on schedule.
  • Prepare and process service billings.
  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers and technicians.
  • Dispatch service calls and coordinate with the Service Manager.
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and field technicians.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Strong multitasking skills and a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Comfort with paperwork and administrative processes.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Google Docs; experience with Great Plains Dynamics is a plus but not required. Any ERP software experience would be a plus.
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and strong follow-through.
  • Willingness to learn—client will train you in any areas where you're not yet experienced.
  • Some experience in an HVAC background, administratively or dispatch, would be a plus.
