Service Advisor

Vallejo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team!

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers and provide a professional, friendly service experience
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs
• Provide clear communication and updates throughout the service process
• Recommend maintenance and service based on vehicle needs
• Ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Basic automotive knowledge is a plus
