Position Overview
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through their service experience and ensuring their vehicles receive the attention they need.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and clearly understand their vehicle concerns and service requests
Provide accurate estimates, explain recommended services, and gain customer authorization
Communicate effectively with technicians to relay customer needs and obtain vehicle status updates
Keep customers informed throughout their service visit
Prepare repair orders, invoices, and maintain proper documentation
Handle customer concerns professionally and strive for complete satisfaction
Promote maintenance and repair services that enhance vehicle safety and performance
Requirements
Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred (but not always required)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic automotive knowledge
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using service management software
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
