We’re not looking for someone to just write up RO's. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of the customer experience and help keep the shop running smoothly.
At University Tire & Auto Service, the Service Advisor is a key role. You’re the connection between the customer and the technician. That means building trust, helping customers understand what their car needs, and making sure the job gets handled the right way from start to finish.
This is a good fit for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and can stay organized in a busy shop environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage repair orders from check-in to delivery.
- Keep customers informed throughout the process (calls, texts, updates).
- Coordinate with technicians to keep workflow efficient and accurate.
- Help maintain strong car count without sacrificing quality.
- Contribute to a positive, accountable team culture.
