Service Advisor / Extended Warranty & Contract Writer – RevTech Performance

Location: Sterling, VA
Pay: $40,000–$50,000 base + $5,000–$20,000+ commission potential
Schedule: Monday–Friday, no weekends

Who You’ll Be a Great Fit If:

• You’ve worked in hospitality — servers, bartenders, or customer-facing roles — and want better hours and pay
• You’re a quick-lane advisor or junior advisor looking to grow
• You’re interested in learning automotive extended service warranties, contracts, and aftermarket offerings
• You’re comfortable talking to customers all day and building trust
• You want to learn automotive sales and warranty/contract programs the right way, not the pushy way
• You have a positive attitude, no ego, and a hunger to grow

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers and build genuine relationships
• Explain maintenance, repairs, performance work, and extended service warranties / contracts in plain English
• Learn how to sell based on trust, not pressure
• Collaborate with technicians and management to guide repairs
• Use Tekmetric and digital inspections to communicate clearly
• Grow into a full Service Advisor and/or Contract Writer role as fast as you’re ready
