Responsibilities and Duties:

The service advisor is directly responsible for professionally greeting service customers, initiating a repair order that addresses the customer’s concerns, promoting the sale of service items needed for repairs or maintenance. Meeting customer satisfaction standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Florida Driver’s License.
Minimum one year of retail automotive service experience.
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills and the ability to explain and sell needed services with honesty and integrity.
Good computer skills.
Professional personal appearance.
