Servers( PT and FT positions available )

Waters Edge Winery and Bistro ( opening Soon ) 

Introduction:

 We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our team at Waters Edge Winery and Bistro and provide excellent service to our guests. The Server will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that our guests have a positive dining experience. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
• Take orders and serve food and drinks, including making recommendations and answering questions about menu items
• Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including setting and clearing tables
• Communicate effectively with other team members, including the kitchen staff and management
• Other duties as assigned
• Helping other servers if needed
• Restocking server stations as needed 
• Helping Wipe down tables and bus tables if restaurant is busy 

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 year of experience as a server or in a similar role

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills
• Knowledge of Wine and alcohol is a plus
• 18 to serve, but must be 21 years of age to carry alcohol
