Work Environment:
Restaurant Servers will work in an upscale, bustling restaurant environment with both indoor and outdoor seating areas. The role involves direct interaction with guests and continuous movement throughout the dining room and patio areas. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a focus on delivering refined yet approachable service.
Uniform Requirements
Adherence to Company Uniform Requirements outlined in the Associate Handbook, uniform requirements outlined in your orientation guidelines.
Non-slip shoes are necessary.
Physical Requirements:
Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
Move quickly and safely in a busy restaurant environment.
Work both indoors and outdoors, adapting to various weather conditions.
