Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
- Present menus with confidence, offering knowledgeable recommendations on steaks, seafood, sides, and wine pairings.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu items, preparation methods, daily specials, and sourcing details.
- Accurately take orders and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure flawless execution.
- Deliver food and beverages with proper timing, sequence, and presentation standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, detail-oriented service throughout the dining experience.
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain table settings, cleanliness, and overall dining room appearance.
- Follow all company service standards, health, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server in fine dining or upscale steak and seafood restaurants required.
- Strong knowledge of steaks, seafood, wine, and classic cocktails.
- Excellent communication, memory, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a high-paced, refined environment.
- Must meet local age requirements for serving alcohol.
