We're hiring a Server who brings confidence to the floor and precision to their craft. This role is for professionals who care deeply about guests, execute cleanly, and want to continue developing their food and wine expertise in a high-performing, supportive environment.

• Guide guests through a polished dining experience from greeting to farewell
  
• Speak confidently about food, wine, and pairings you're a trusted advisor, not just an order-taker
  
• Execute accurate order flow and manage your section with precision
  
• Maintain pacing and situational awareness across multiple tables
  
• Anticipate guest needs before they're voiced
  
• Resolve issues calmly and professionally
  
• Keep your station organized and service-ready throughout the shift
  
• Complete side work to standard and support the team
  

This is a serious role. Please only apply if you meet these qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in fine dining or elevated casual dining with full-service standards
  
• Working wine knowledge varietals, regions, and pairing fundamentals (you don't need to be a sommelier, but you should be comfortable talking wine)
  
• Strong menu articulation and natural upselling ability
  
• Excellent communication and high attention to detail under pressure
  
• Team-first mindset with personal accountability
  
• Professional presentation and reliability
