What You ll Do

• Deliver attentive, polished service to every guest
  
• Prepare and serve beer, wine, sake, and handcrafted cocktails
  
• Make menu and drink recommendations to enhance the guest experience
  
• Drive sales through smart upselling and product knowledge
  
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and service area
  
• Verify IDs and follow all alcohol service guidelines
  
• Work closely with leadership and teammates to ensure smooth operations
  

What We re Looking For

• Previous serving and/or bartending experience preferred
  
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant
  
• Strong communication and people skills
  
• Positive attitude and team mentality
  
• Reliable and professional
  
• Evening and weekend availability strongly preferred
  

Bonus if you have:

• Sushi or Asian dining experience
  
• Cocktail knowledge
  
• High-volume restaurant background
