We are looking for seasoned fine dining servers & bartenders to join the Duro team for our iconic restaurant, Mister Charles. Mister Charles is in one of the most recognizable buildings in Dallas, the former Highland Park Pharmacy at the corner of Knox & Travis, Weir's Plaza. Qualifications:

Preferred 5 years fine dining service history.

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

Responsible & Reliable

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work effectively as a part of a team

Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Ability to remain on your feet for 8 hours at a time
