We are looking for a … Server Assistant to support our front-of-house team in delivering an exceptional dining experience rooted in thoughtful, heartfelt hospitality. This role is ideal for someone who is attentive, team-oriented, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for every guest.

The Server Assistant works closely with servers, bartenders, and leadership to ensure the dining room runs smoothly by maintaining table readiness, supporting service flow, and anticipating guest and team needs-while upholding Lyle's culture, mission, and service philosophy.

Server Assistant Essential Functions

  • Support servers and bartenders during service to ensure a smooth and efficient flow
  • Set, clear, and reset tables according to service standards
  • Refill water and other table necessities as needed
  • Assist with food running and table maintenance when required
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally
  • Communicate effectively with the front-of-house and kitchen teams

This position requires the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
  • Hotel experience is not required - a warm, welcoming personality is a must
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Commitment to high service standards

Compensation:

$10.00 per hour
