A bit about us:

We are seeking a Senior Workforce Management Partner to join our Mission Services team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to a national network of nonprofit organizations, helping them implement effective talent acquisition strategies to fill critical roles supporting federal government contracts through the AbilityOne Program.

You will lead and guide recruitment efforts by managing consultants and driving scalable workforce solutions. This position plays a key role in strengthening recruitment programs, enhancing collaboration, and ensuring successful hiring outcomes across a diverse and mission-driven network.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Workforce Management Partner, your responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing a team of recruiters and managing recruiting plans to ensure the organization attracts and hires the best talent.
2. Developing and implementing workforce strategies that support the organization's mission and goals.
3. Conducting ROI modeling and burndown timeline management to optimize recruitment strategies and processes.
4. Leading business development initiatives to expand the organization's reach and influence.
5. Managing diversity and inclusion initiatives, including recruiting diverse candidates and individuals with disabilities.
6. Collaborating with nonprofit organizations and managing partnerships to drive social impact.
7. Utilizing knowledge of AbilityOne to facilitate opportunities for people with significant disabilities.
8. Providing mentorship within NPA to enhance the professional development of team members.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of five years' experience in recruitment, with a focus on managing recruiters.
2. Proven experience in ROI modeling and burndown timeline management.
3. Demonstrated success in business development.
4. Experience in recruiting diverse candidates and individuals with disabilities.
5. Experience working with nonprofit organizations.
6. Knowledge and experience with AbilityOne.
7. Ability to offer mentorship within NPA.
8. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
10. A results-driven attitude with a passion for continuous improvement.
11. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
