CTG is seeking to fill a Senior Workday Payroll & Time Tracking Consultant opening for our premier client.
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 12 months
The Package Consultant for Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll is responsible for guiding clients through the implementation, customization, and continuous improvement of Workday's human capital management (HCM) solutions. Their primary focus is on the Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Responsibilities include designing efficient time management processes, configuring payroll structures, and managing absences in alignment with clients' policies and regulatory requirements. Key skills required include a thorough understanding of modern time tracking methodologies, global payroll regulations, and absence management best practices.
- Expected to lead workshops and training sessions for end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize these modules for accurate time recording, leave management, and payroll processing.
- Strong problem-solving abilities are required to address any issues that arise during system configuration or usage. Post-go-live support, including data validation and troubleshooting.
- This role demands an individual with excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex HCM concepts into understandable terms for diverse audiences.
Required skills:
- Experience: 7+ years in payroll processing within medium-to-large organizations.
- Workday Expertise: Proven experience with Workday Payroll configuration, reporting, and functional design.
- Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of payroll regulations, taxes, and accounting principles.
