We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Warehouse Manager to join our Engineering firm. This role will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes, and leading a team of warehouse associates. The successful candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, fleet management, equipment maintenance, and the telecommunications industry. They will also have expert knowledge of Penguin ERP and Penguin Data ERP systems, with a strong preference for those with experience in Penguin Data. This is a permanent, full-time position, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all warehousing operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes are in place.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of warehouse associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
- Manage the company's fleet, ensuring proper maintenance and efficient use of vehicles.
- Utilize Penguin ERP and Penguin Data ERP systems to manage inventory, bill of materials, and other warehouse data.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving warehouse operations, including cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping.
- Prepare or direct preparation of correspondence, reports, and operations, maintenance, and safety manuals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a warehouse management role, preferably in the engineering or telecommunications industry.
- Proven experience in inventory management, fleet management, and equipment maintenance.
- Expert proficiency with ERP systems, with Penguin Data being the strong preference.
- Experience with Penguin, Penguin ERP, Penguin Data ERP, and warehouse management systems.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems.
- Excellent leadership and personnel management skills.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Must be able to physically lift and move items weighing up to 50lbs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
