Senior Treasury Analyst

- Coordinate and support all aspects of cash management and liquidity planning
- Monitor and manage daily cash positions and short-term investments
- Execute electronic payments, including EFTs and wire transfers
- Support debt service payments and related treasury activities
- Perform financial analysis related to cash flow, debt, and investments
- Administer Treasury Management Systems and online banking platforms
- Maintain banking relationships, account structures, and documentation
- Develop and enhance treasury reporting, dashboards, and visual analytics
- Support treasury-related projects and process improvements as needed
Requirements:
- Senior-level treasury experience with a strong cash management background
- Prior experience supporting or participating in a debt offering or debt issuance
- Not-for-profit treasury experience required
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including creation of dashboards, charts, and visual analytics
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining treasury dashboards and reporting tools
- Experience working with Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba or similar platforms preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
