Schedule: 40hr/week (Day shift preferred).
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Language: English, (French or Spanish is a plus).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective customers and present them with the opportunity to purchase company equipment.
- Identify opportunities for current customers to add additional equipment that will benefit their organization.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing high-value deals ($50K–$1M+).
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through proactive outreach and strategic territory development.
- Identify inefficiencies within customer production environments and translate them into automation solutions.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals, including ROI analysis, implementation timelines, and system recommendations.
- Demonstrate equipment capabilities and clearly communicate value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with plant managers, engineers, and executive decision-makers.
- Expand existing accounts through upselling complementary equipment and services.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving operations, engineering, procurement, and finance teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasts, and sales activity documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions.
- Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Participate in trade shows, client meetings, and industry events as needed.
Requirements
Education
- Associates or Bachelors in Business, Engineering, or related field(Preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
Work Experience & Technical Skills Requirement

- You bring both a hunter mentality for new business and the ability to grow existing accounts.
- Function as a product specialist with comprehensive knowledge of all equipment aspects
- Understand customers' markets deeply and tailor sales strategies to meet their unique operational needs
- Stay current on industry trends through market research, trade shows, and continuous learning
- Sell both capital equipment and recurring consumables/service contracts effectively
Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers while coordinating with internal subject matter experts on complex opportunities
- Develop, strengthen, and maintain long-term partnerships with current customers to ensure favorable market standing
- Engage customers proactively to ensure satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities
- Translate customer needs accurately to ensure they receive optimal solutions for their specific environments
Certificate & License Requirement
- A valid driver's license.
- Valid passport and the ability to travel without restrictions across the USA if required.
