Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Associate to play a key role in serving our business clients and supporting the continued growth of the firm. This position offers a high level of responsibility, client interaction, and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for:
C-Corporations, 1120 returns
Research and analyze complex tax issues and develop practical solutions
Tax Compliance
Communicate with clients regarding tax matters, planning opportunities, and compliance
Stay current on tax law changes and apply them appropriately
Collaborate with firm leadership and team members on client strategy and internal improvements
Qualifications:
CPA, Master’s in Taxation, or Enrolled Agent (EA) required
15+ years of relevant tax experience (public accounting preferred)
Strong background in business entity taxation: C-Corps and 1120s
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with a client-focused mindset
