Senior Tax Accountant (Potential to Manager Level)
Salary
$90,000 to 110,000 USD+ base (DOE), plus 25% bonus on first-year billing of new clients

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Tax Accountant
- Review and sign individual (1040), partnership, S-corp, and nonprofit tax returns to ensure technical accuracy and client compliance
- Advise on tax planning initiatives in collaboration with firm leadership
- Identify and implement process improvements and technology solutions for greater operational efficiency
- Engage with clients in a consultative manner, representing firm expertise and developing trusted advisory relationships
- Contribute to business development efforts by networking and participating in community events
Preferred Skills/Experience: Senior Tax Accountant
- Minimum 3-5 years’ progressive tax experience with exposure to both individual and business returns
- Enrolled Agent (EA) credential or CPA highly desirable
- Hands-on knowledge or demonstrated capacity to quickly learn Drake tax software
