Job Details
10+ years of construction experience with a commercial general contractor or developer-builder
Experience leading ground-up multifamily, mixed-use, or large commercial construction projects
Proven ability to manage field operations on projects valued at $50M+
Strong leadership experience managing superintendents, field engineers, and subcontractors
Expertise in construction scheduling, sequencing, and site logistics
Experience overseeing safety programs and maintaining high safety standards on active construction sites
Ability to manage subcontractor coordination, quality control, and inspection processes
Experience driving project schedules and resolving field-level issues to maintain milestones
Strong knowledge of construction documents, specifications, and building codes
Ability to lead project meetings and coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and ownership teams
Proficiency with construction management software platforms and digital documentation tools
Strong communication and organizational skills
