Job Details
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Superintendent to oversee and execute large-scale commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead field operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Coordinate all aspects of jobsite activity, including subcontractors, materials, inspections, and permitting.
- Enforce and champion health and safety best practices.
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, and internal leadership.
- Mentor and develop junior field staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of commercial construction experience, with at least 5 years in a superintendent role.
- Proven ability to manage large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with construction management software and tools.
- Ability to travel as required and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
