Description

  • Lead and oversee all field operations for large-scale commercial projects ($15M+), ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance
  • Manage and mentor project superintendents, foremen, and field staff to drive performance and consistency across multiple job sites
  • Develop, maintain, and enforce master schedules, sequencing plans, and logistics strategies for complex construction operations
  • Coordinate closely with project managers, owners, architects, and engineers to resolve constructability issues and drive timely decisions
  • Enforce company safety programs and regulatory compliance, fostering a proactive, zero-incident jobsite culture
  • Oversee subcontractor performance, manpower loading, and productivity to meet critical milestones and contractual obligations
  • Lead quality control efforts, inspections, and punch-list execution to ensure work meets contract documents and company standards
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, including schedule impacts, labor challenges, and site constraints, before they affect project outcomes

Profile

  • 5+ years of experience leading field operations for commercial or multifamily projects valued at $10M+
  • Advanced technology skills
  • Ability to be a key point of contact for high-priority clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for construction
