This Senior Staff Accountant role offers a well-rounded blend of payroll, general ledger, cost accounting, and expense reporting responsibilities within a stable, structured environment. The position reports directly to experienced leadership and provides strong cross-functional exposure.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Staff Accountant:

• Month‑end close across multiple entities
  • The Senior Staff Accountant will post journal entries (accruals, prepaids, intercompany, etc.)
  • Consolidations, intercompany reconciliations, and reporting
  • Cash movement across entities; treasury/cash flow forecasting support
  • The Senior Staff Accountant will maintain books for several administrative and real estate entities
  • Support internal controls, audit readiness, and process improvements
  • Partner with operations across 10 business units
  • Help streamline highly manual processes

Ideal Experience of the Senior Staff Accountant:
• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or CPA‑eligible preferred
• Strong audit background OR experience in multi‑entity manufacturing environments
• Cost/managerial accounting exposure is highly preferred
• Comfortable in fast‑moving, ambiguous, entrepreneurial environments
• Sharp, dependable, self‑motivated
• Curious, proactive problem solver
• Able to juggle shifting priorities
