• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements
• Manage general ledger activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Assist with internal and external audits and ensure GAAP compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 3-4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Proficiency with accounting systems and Excel
