Summary:
Work Mode: 100% Remote
Duration: 3 Months
Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CDT
Responsibilities:
- Oversee software development projects
- Write clean and efficient code
- Provide technical leadership to a team of engineers
- Ensure the quality and functionality of software solutions
- Direct software development projects
- Produce, test, and debug code
- Lead engineers and developers
- Remediate approximately 150 Procs using Supra utilities
- Convert JCL, DB2 unloads utility
- Conduct decommissioning analysis work
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience with Supra utilities including Cobol, JCL, DB2 unloads utility
- BS Degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited school (Electrical or Mechanical) or a P.E. License
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word
- In-depth understanding of pertinent technical products and/or services and customer needs
- Demonstrate a questioning attitude to continue to learn and strengthen existing relationships
- Possess sound knowledge of various researching techniques
- Intermediate level analytical and technical abilities
- Deliver quality, accurate work within established deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to make formal technical presentations to various management levels
Education Requirement:
- At minimum, completion of High School Diploma or G.E.D., unless specified otherwise
