Title- Senior ServiceNow ITSM Consultant
Duration- 12 months contract
Location- Remote

Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules
  • Design and optimize Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge, and Asset Management
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Customize workflows, business rules, scripts, and UI policies
  • Ensure ITIL best practices and governance compliance
  • Support production issues, upgrades, and enhancements
Skills Required:
  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM
  • Advanced JavaScript and Glide scripting
  • ITIL process expertise
  • ServiceNow CSA + CIS ITSM preferred
