Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 9 AM- 5 PM M-F
Responsibilities:
- Sample management and transfers
- Maintain orderly and accurate inventory of cold storage
- Maintain sample quality during distribution process
- Maintain request order queue in <2 business day cycle
- Maintain QC of sample packages to ensure accuracy of transferred contents
- Prepare sample shipments to off-site locations
- Complete daily sample transfers to notified on-site locations
- Maintain daily sample transfer logs
- Timely communication of order status and related order details using existing communication methods
- Optimization of communication tools for order status and inventory tracking
- Min BS Degree
- 10+ years experience in sample management and cold storage
- Automation and liquid handling instrument experience required
- Sample management database development and maintenance experience required
- Experienced in communications and customer engagement
