Senior Scheduler

Title: Senior Scheduler

Location: Onsite in Tulsa, OK

Duration/Type: Full-time, Direct Hire

Pay: Up to $165,000 + Benefits   (DOE)

SUMMARY: The Senior Scheduler is responsible for the collection and evaluation of data required to prepare, update, and monitor commercial construction project schedules through the application of the corporate scheduling systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure effective communication between Preconstruction/Estimating, Operations, Project Management and other project associated teams
• Facilitate and drive the process of schedule development and maintenance
• Ensure that the schedule is prepared and maintained in compliance with contract requirements
• Prepare proposal schedules as needed to assist in job pursuit efforts
• Responsible for meeting multiple priorities and deadlines
• Develop a schedule execution plan for project
• Responsible for accurate & objective duration calculations

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to set up, organize, and develop schedules for individual projects over 100M in magnitude.
• Knowledge of schedule building
• Must possess a general knowledge of schedule logic and precedence
• Skilled in quantifying & analyzing critical path activities
• Proven risk management skills
• Supports claim evaluations & mitigation issues
• Training abilities
• Primavera P6, SureTrak and Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor’s Degree Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent
• 10+ years of construction-based scheduling experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects and different project teams
