Base Salary: $130,000 – $180,000
Final compensation will depend on experience, project complexity exposure, and technical expertise.

Job Details
What You’ll Do
Preconstruction & Pursuit
• Develop conceptual and detailed pursuit schedules
• Support RFP responses and interview presentations
• Provide logistics and phasing input during planning
• Collaborate with estimating and operations to align scope and sequencing
• Identify early schedule risks and mitigation strategies
Project Execution
• Build and maintain baseline CPM schedules
• Lead schedule review meetings with project teams
• Track progress, evaluate impacts, and recommend corrective actions
• Perform time impact analyses
• Drive recovery planning when needed
• Oversee scheduling from preconstruction through final turnover
Forecasting & Analysis
• Resource- and cost-load schedules for forecasting
• Maintain schedule benchmarks and historical data
• Prepare executive-level monthly schedule narratives
• Support cash flow projections
Tools & Continuous Improvement
• Utilize Primavera P6 as primary scheduling platform
• Integrate Lean scheduling methodologies including Takt planning
• Evaluate and implement emerging scheduling technologies
• Mentor project staff on scheduling best practices

What You Bring
• 4–8+ years of construction scheduling experience
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6
• Strong understanding of all construction phases and trade sequencing
• Experience supporting projects $25M+ preferred
• Comfortable presenting to executives and clients
• High-level Excel skills, especially with large data sets
• Knowledge of Lean construction principles
Preferred but not required:
• PMP or Lean certification
• Experience with Synchro, TouchPlan, or MS Project
