Senior Salesforce Business Analyst & Scrum Master (9+ Years) Role Title Senior Salesforce Business Analyst & Scrum Master Experience 9+ years overall experience with strong exposure to Salesforce platforms and Agile/Scrum delivery. Role Summary We are looking for a seasoned professional who can function as a Salesforce Business Analyst while also serving as the Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams. This role bridges business and technology by translating stakeholder needs into clear requirements and user stories, while also driving Agile best practices, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring predictable delivery. Responsibilities

A) Business Analyst (Salesforce) Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, pain points, and desired outcomes. Convert requirements into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and supporting artifacts (wireframes/process flows where applicable). Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, QA, and architects to clarify requirements and ensure feasible solutions. Support Salesforce solutioning by contributing to: Functional design, process mapping, and data/field mapping Impact analysis for enhancements and change requests Definition of UAT strategy, test scenarios, and validation of delivered functionality Ensure alignment between business objectives and delivery outcomes through continuous stakeholder communication and expectation management. Maintain documentation such as BRDs/FRDs (as needed), user stories, traceability, process diagrams, and release notes.

B) Scrum Master Responsibilities Serve as Scrum Master for one or more teams and facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review/Demo, and Retrospectives. Coach the team on Agile/Scrum principles and help foster a culture of continuous improvement. Work with Product Owner(s) to maintain a healthy backlog: grooming, prioritization support, readiness checks, and story clarity. Identify, track, and help remove impediments to keep delivery on track; escalate risks where needed. Track and publish Agile delivery metrics such as velocity, burndown/burnup, cycle time, and sprint/release progress; provide visibility to stakeholders. Ensure consistent usage of JIRA/Confluence (or equivalent) for sprint execution, reporting, and documentation.

C) Cross-Functional / Delivery Responsibilities Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring communication is clear, timely, and actionable. Support release planning and dependency management across teams (especially in multi-squad programs). Ensure Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) are established and adhered to.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Salesforce / BA Skills Strong understanding of Salesforce concepts such as objects/data model, security model, validation rules, flows/automation, reporting and dashboards. Hands-on experience writing and managing user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation. Experience supporting UAT, stakeholder walkthroughs, and change management. Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and solution options. Agile / Scrum Master Skills Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills. Experience driving sprint execution and improving team maturity. Strong competency in Agile tracking tools (e.g., JIRA), documentation tools (e.g., Confluence) and reporting. Communication & Stakeholder Skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management. Ability to simplify complex concepts for varied audiences (business, technical, leadership).
