QUALIFICATIONS

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales hunter, preferably in healthcare or healthcare IT.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound prospecting and navigating rejection.
  • Strong discovery, demo, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to sell to clinicians, practice administrators, and enterprise healthcare stakeholders.
  • Highly self-motivated, competitive, and accountable.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong CRM discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 5+ years working with Salesforce (Advanced knowledge)
  • Thrives in fast-paced, startup-style environments.
  • Experience calling on business with annual revenues from $2M - $500M.
  • Mastery of outbound methodologies and tools: Salesforce, HubSpot, PandaDoc
  • Strong technical skills with the following: Google Workspace, as well as MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Zoom
  • Strong command of pipeline metrics, sales forecasting, and business acumen.

 

Salary
$80,000 base salary + Commissions + Performance Bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES

Own Revenue & Pipeline Creation
Create, build, and close your own pipeline through relentless outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events).

Make high-volume outbound prospecting calls daily to Primary Care and Behavioral Health practices.

Identify and engage decision-makers, economic buyers, and influencers across independent practices and enterprise-level healthcare organizations.

Run full-cycle sales motions: prospect → discovery → demo → proposal → negotiation → close.

Carry and consistently hit defined sales revenue pipeline goals and ARR quota.


Execute Aggressive Sales Motions
Use value-based and consultative selling to uncover challenges/opportunities, quantify impact, and position CHADIS as mission-critical.

Drive fast, focused discovery calls that surface budget, authority, need/pain points, and timing.

Deliver compelling demos that clearly articulate ROI, operational efficiency, improved care outcomes, and revenue lift.

Push deals forward with urgency, confidence, and disciplined follow-up
Navigate procurement, contracting, and pricing conversations with confidence.

Ensure 100% of opportunities have Momentum call notes, 90%+ pipeline hygiene, and full compliance with tools (PandaDoc, Salesforce).

 

Sales Excellence & Performance Tracking
Track and manage your pipeline rigorously in Salesforce with clean data and accurate forecasting.

Monitor KPIs including activity levels, meetings booked/held, conversion rates, ACV, and quota attainment.

Maintain strong CRM hygiene and documentation across all opportunities.

Proactively identify deal risk and take action to keep deals moving.

Market Feedback & Competitive Edge

Bring real-world prospect and customer feedback back to the team to sharpen messaging and positioning.

Participate in win/loss analysis and share competitive insights from the field.

Help refine outreach messaging, sales collateral, and talk tracks based on what actually closes deals.


Growth & Presence
Travel to select large prospect sites, conferences, and industry events to generate pipeline and close business.

Build and grow your own book of business, supporting relationships post-sale with the account management team to drive expansion and upsell.

Set the standard for sales intensity, discipline, and professionalism within the CHADIS sales culture.
