Purpose of Role:
An experienced Senior Sales Manager will drive new opportunities and growth, building and strengthening client relationships, primarily focusing on mining, construction, civil engineering, and demolition/remediation sectors. This role involves significant sales and sales management activities, overseeing technical installations. We offer an attractive salary, commission, and health benefits.
Role Responsibilities Summary:
· Identify target customers and build relationships to secure sales transactions through business development, referrals, existing accounts, and cold calling.
· Build a strong sales pipeline and drive revenue growth.
· Engage with key accounts in various industries, including large customer fleets.
· Present tailored solutions and quotations.
· Oversee delivery of sales contracts for technical installation projects.
· Maintain accurate records in CRM (Oracle Net Suite, Hubspot).
· Promote a positive business culture prioritizing health & safety, innovation, dedication, and teamwork.
Requirements:
· Proven track record in technical sales with best practice sales process implementation. Experience in heavy-duty vehicles/machinery is helpful, but sales aptitude is key.
· Ability to rapidly generate prospects, leads, quotes, and sales orders using networks and company tools.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
· Experience in OEM/Civil/Construction/Mining sectors highly advantageous.
· Drive to achieve and surpass sales targets.
· Aptitude for learning technical product aspects.
· Team leadership skills to coordinate with technicians for product installations.
· Meet minimum sales targets during probation.
· Adhere to company policies and OH&S regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:
· A bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline is desirable but not essential.
· [3-20+] years in technical sales with a proven record of sales generation.
· Sales and business experience in Construction, Mining, or Engineering sectors, including technical installation/assembly/operations experience.
· Cold calling and outside sales experience.
Skills:
· Rapid lead, prospect, quotation, and sales order generation.
· Strategic and large customer fleet sales abilities.
· Strong analytical, planning, and time management skills.
· Strong commercial acumen.
