Position Summary:
This opportunity is within the St. Pierre USA team, which is part of Grupo Bimbo. St. Pierre is a fast-growing, insurgent premium brand in the in-store bakery category with the backing of the world's largest bakery company. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, data-driven operator who can synthesize data into automated selling tools, deliver actionable insights, and enable our sales team to execute flawlessly with major US grocery retailers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on autonomy, digs deep into data, and turns complexity into clarity.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Sales Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources (retailer POS, syndicated data like IRI/Nielsen, and systems such as 85.51 and Vendor Portals).
- Develop dashboards and reports tracking KPI's: revenue, trade spend ROI, forecast accuracy, and promotional performance.
- Distill data into key points and actionable decisions for both sales colleagues and sales & commercial leadership.
Forecasting & Planning:
- Support account teams with accurate sales forecasting, trade spend planning, and budgeting processes.
