Job Description: They need a senior professional who can:
- Understand retail business operations
- Work hands-on with Jesta Vision ERP modules
- Support and fix production issues (L2/L3)
- Monitor integrations and batch jobs
- Communicate with US business users (onshore) and manage a large offshore support team
- Analyze system architecture and suggest improvements
- Use SQL + API/EDI + logs to troubleshoot data and integration issues
Job Responsibilities:
Support retail modules in production (L2/L3)
Debug issues in:
- Item setup
- Pricing/promotions
- Purchase orders
- Inventory mismatches
- Sales orders and fulfillment
- Returns, transfers, allocations
Maintain integrations with external partners
Apply config changes and data fixes
Coordinate business, IT, and offshore support teams
Recommend long-term fixes for recurring issues
Improve automation to reduce manual effort.
Additional Information:
A Senior Retail ERP Business Analyst & Support Lead with hands-on expertise in Jesta Vision modules, retail merchandising, store operations, sales order management, SQL troubleshooting, EDI/API/SFTP integrations, log and batch job monitoring, stakeholder communication, and offshore team coordination.
