Position Summary
The Senior Representative, Clinical Services facilitates aspects of the Clinical Services team to ensure smooth operations, including task allocation, performance management, and fostering a positive work environment.
Additional responsibilities to include but not limited to the following:
+ Coordinates with clinical teams to design and implement new programs, protocols, and initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
+ Drives communication and coordination between healthcare providers, patients, and their families to ensure seamless and effective delivery of care.
+ Ensures compliance with clinical standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements to maintain high-quality care delivery.
+ Monitors clinical performance metrics and outcomes to identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Evaluates ongoing work area Clinical Services practices and procedures, making recommendations to management for ideas for value-added services for members.
+ Assists managers with Clinical Services reports and other key metrics, in order to help ensure work area goals and objectives are being consistently met.
+ Provides guidance and training to frontline clinical staff, promoting professional growth, and ensuring ongoing competency development.
Required Qualifications
+ 5 years experience HealthCare Experience
+ Microsoft office Suite including (Word, Excel, Outlook, Etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
+ 2 Years of previous customer service experience.
+ Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
+ Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA)
+ Previous Sales Force, Med-Compass, GPS experience is a plus
Education
High school Diploma or equivalent GED

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 - $42.35
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
